Most food labels show sodium per 100g, but few people eat exactly 100g. SaltTally converts that figure to the actual sodium in your serving — whatever size that is.
See exactly what percentage of your daily sodium target each serving represents. The result card changes colour — teal for comfortable, amber for moderate, red for high — so you always know where you stand.
The default is 1,500mg — a common recommendation for people managing blood pressure or heart health. Change it any time in Settings to reflect your own goal or your healthcare provider's guidance.
Choose metric (g, ml, tsp, tbsp, cup) or imperial (oz, fl oz, lb) serving units. Switch between them at any time in Settings. SaltTally handles the unit conversion automatically.
Follows your system theme or let you override it manually. Sodium values are displayed large and clearly for easy reading in any lighting — at the supermarket shelf or in the kitchen.
SaltTally is a calculator, not a tracker. It stores nothing except your sodium target. No account, no internet connection, no analytics, no advertising. A simple tool that simply works.
SaltTally does not collect any personal information. The only data stored on your device is your sodium target preference — and it never leaves your device.
